GEO Content Planner
Plan a content cluster around one entity: assign sentinel queries to individual pieces, write the headline against them, and sequence the build by value and ease.
How this planner works
Entities, not forms
Each product, service, topic, or the brand itself gets its own set of pieces. Add as many pieces per entity as the cluster actually warrants — there is no fixed number and no fixed mix.
Hub and spokes
A hub is the short, conversion-focused page tuned for the branded-objective query. Spokes are the long-form pieces that earn citations. Every piece is designated one or the other, so the linking plan follows from decisions you made rather than from a template.
One query, one piece
A sentinel query can sit on exactly one piece. Claiming it for a comparison takes it off the table for the guide, which forces the cannibalisation conversation at planning time instead of after publication.
Build sequence: Value × Ease
Pieces are tagged by build tier rather than vague priority. Initial value comes from the content type; ease is yours to set. High value and quick to build is a Quick Win; high value and slow is a Strategic Bet whose inputs start now.
The query set is a utility, not a step
It sits collapsed at the top because you do not read it there. You claim queries onto a piece while building that piece, which is where the decision actually belongs.
The headline is scored, not guessed
Once a piece has claimed queries, whatever you type as the headline is scored against them as you type: answered, weakly linked, or not answered at all.
