- refers to Omer Geled, the individual who operates this website and is the author of The Three Streams GEO Methodology.
- "You" or "User"

- Reproduce, host, or mirror any Interactive Tool on any website, application, or platform other than tsmgeo.com
- Create derivative tools that substantially replicate the functionality, user interface, or algorithmic approach of our tools
- Reverse engineer the logic, algorithms, or calculations used in any Interactive Tool

While this methodology synthesizes and builds upon research from academic institutions and industry studies (all of which are cited within the content), the specific framework, terminology, organizational structure, and practical implementation guidance are original contributions protected by copyright.
Interactive Tools Ownership
All Interactive Tools on this website β including but not limited to diagnostic tools, scorecards, calculators, generators, planners, decision trees, and assessment instruments β are proprietary software owned exclusively by Omer Geled. This includes:
